How we MADE IT HAPPEN

  • Sat down with the Oxigenesis team and learned about the product, what was working and what wasn’t
  • Segmented the parent company (Oxigenesis) from the products and spearheaded the repositioning of both ASO® and ASO®Sport
  • Established a marketing plan, calendar and goals for the next year
  • Created an internal organization structure via Google Docs
  • Hired a design agency to redesign the product packaging and labeling  
  • Identified CrossFit as a key target market and began seeding product and establishing an Influencer and Affiliate Program
  • Manage a restructured and re-defined the social media strategy
  • Brought on a PR team to properly re-launch the product to the new industry
  • Hired a team to redesign a completely new website
  • Presented monthly marketing reports to the executive team
